Essential Elements of 4-H Youth Development: Poster of Pizza Pie

Do you need extra posters for your training? Essential Elements of 4-H Youth Development (2016 Revision) is a training resource for creating intentional youth development environments. One of the handouts is an enlarged “pizza poster” (20" x 24”). Throughout the training, participants make "pizza" with various ingredients, as an analogy for the essential elements of youth development.
